Sorry for the long absence, blogosphere! It's been a busy week at work, and I barely had time to keep my head above water - so it's nice to be back! ^~^ It's the Chinese Lunar New Year weekend, so to all readers who celebrate, Gong Xi Fa Cai in the Year of the Dragon! Let's have a prosperous one!

Haul: Pre-Christmas Things

I've been stuck at work the past week or so, and have fallen back on the Christmas shopping! I managed to go out and get the last couple of bits for Christmas this weekend, though, which was a relief, because scrambling last-minute is never nice. ^~^ The husband was nice enough to follow me around unquestioningly around town while I picked up Christmas gifts for family and friends, but invariably I managed (eep) to get a couple of things for myself. Here's what I got:

I was surfing the net today when I came across this deal:

Sounds pretty good to me - $5 for all that stuff sounds pretty good, actually! I bought the deal to give it a try, because I'd heard of Somang cosmetics (and the fact that Goo Hye Sun endorses it) before, but never really got the chance to find out more about it. I'll keep you posted on the calibre of the products!

The brand is fronted by Goo Hye Sun, the actress of Boys Over Flowers fame. She looks gorgeous in the press shots, with flawless, fair skin and such pretty features. I know that a good part of it is probably Photoshop, but it certainly helps create the illusion that Beauty Credit products are the bringers of beautiful skin!
